Armed security guards are mainly assigned in securing lives and properties bearing a high value, hence we contribute a great care and effort in selecting individuals for this special unit. During the basic training, we attentively measure each guard’s capabilities, confidence and commitment and choose the best candidates for this unit.

After the selection process, they are given the job focused training which is tough and vital. These training sessions are conducted by in-house experienced senior staff members and professional trainers hired from outside. During the training, our guards gain both practical and theatrical knowledge relevant to their job and numerous assignments that are waiting for them in the corner. Few areas covered in this training would be, how to use firearm when necessary, rules and regulations pertaining in using such, how to act in a violent and risky situation, way of improving decision making skills in such situations, etc.
